Nach der Lese in den frühen Morgenstunden wurden die Trauben per Hand sortiert und leicht gequetscht, wonach sie in offenen Edelstahltanks fermentierten. Die Maischegärung erfolgte für 7 - 14 Tage auf der Haut. Nach dem Abpressen reifte der Wein 16 Monate lang in 300 Liter Fässern aus französischer Eiche.
