This complex blend consists of 40% Pinotage, 38% Shiraz, and 22% Cabernet Sauvignon.
After fermentation, the wines, vinified separately by varietals, aged for 16-18 months in 82% American and 18% French oak barrels before being meticulously blended and bottled.
