Nach einer drei bis vier Tage langen Kaltquellphase fermentierte das Traubengut bei geregelten 24-26ºC mit bis zu dreimal täglichem Untertauchen des Tresterhuts in Tanks aus Edelstahl. Nach Abschluss der alkoholischen Gärung fand die malolaktische Fermentierung ihren Abschluss im Fass. Anschließend reifte der Wein 24 Monate lang in französischen Barriques, sowie weitere neun Monate in der Flasche, bevor der Wein schließlich zum fertigen Genuss herausgegeben wurde.
