After a cold soaking phase of three to four days, the grapes were fermented at controlled temperatures of 24-26ºC, with up to three daily punchdowns in stainless steel tanks. Following alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation completed in barrels. The wine aged for 24 months in French barriques and an additional nine months in the bottle before release.
