The Holden Manz Cabernet Franc Reserve dazzles with its deep ruby hue, releasing enchanting aromas of dark berries, raspberries, tobacco leaves, lavender, and a hint of spices. On the palate, it reveals a rich and opulent profile, showcasing layers of dark fruits and cassis. This exceptional wine is elegantly balanced, presenting excellent volume and complexity. Only the finest grapes were selected for the cellar, meticulously sorted and chosen with care before being destemmed and gently crushed. Following a ten-day cold soak, both alcoholic and malolactic fermentations occurred with wild yeast at low temperatures, after which the wine was aged in a blend of 60% new French oak barrels for 18 months prior to bottling.
