The Holden Manz Cabernet Franc Reserve dazzles with its deep ruby hue, releasing enchanting aromas of dark berries, raspberries, tobacco leaves, lavender, and a hint of spices. Nur das allerbeste Traubengut machte seinen Weg vom Weinberg in die Kellerei, wo es noch ein zweites Mal mit großer Sorgfalt und jeder Menge Know-how sortiert und ausgelesen wurde, bevor es entrappt und leicht angequetscht wurde. Nach einer zehntägigen Kaltquellphase fand sowohl die alkoholische als auch die malolaktische Gärung mit wilder Hefe bei niedrigen Temperaturen statt, woraufhin der Wein in eine Kombination aus 60% neue französische Eichenfässer gefüllt wurde. Der Wein reifte einen Zeitraum von 18 Monaten vor abfüllung auf die Flasche.
