With its deep purple hue accented by ruby edges, the Holden Manz Syrah Reserve 2019 reveals an enchanting bouquet of fragrant violets and forest berries, intertwined with lavender notes. Ausgelesenes Traubengut der konzentiertesten Syrah-Beeren wurde vor der Gärung einer ausgedehnten Kaltquellphase unterzogen. Das Traubengut fermentierte mit wilder Hefe auf natürliche Weise am ganzen Bund. Der Wein reifte für 12 Monate in 500l Fässern aus französischer Eiche, wovon 50% neu, und weitere 12 Monate in 225l Fässern aus französischer Eiche vor abfüllung.
