Information about "Idiom Rosso di Stellenbosch 2021"
Idiom Rosso di Stellenbosch is a captivating red wine blend crafted from the noble Italian grapes Sangiovese and a splash of Barbera. In the glass, it reveals a bright ruby hue, exuding enchanting aromas of ripe red cherries, luscious raspberries, and hints of fragrant prosciutto. The wine is matured in second- and third-fill barriques, which impart delightful fruity notes alongside savory nuances on the palate. With a medium body, a harmonious interplay of acidity, and a dry finish, this wine embodies the classic vivacity characteristic of Italian reds!
