The Iona Mr. P Pinot Noir enchants with an elegant bouquet of ripe strawberries, raspberries, and cranberries, complemented by subtle hints of damp forest floor and wild mushrooms. On the palate, it is clear and fresh, showcasing a splendid texture dominated by sweet red cherry flavors interwoven with warm, spicy undertones. This Pinot Noir bursts with vivacity and intensity, reflecting a vibrant character. Named 'Pinot for the People', Mr. P embodies all the classic attributes of a premium Pinot Noir while offering an exceptional value.
Die Trauben wurden sorgfältig von Hand geerntet und die Gärung der ganzen Beeren fand in Edelstahltanks bei 28°C statt. Anschließend wurde der Wein in ältere Fässer (zweite und dritte Füllung) umgefüllt, für die malolaktische Gärung und um 11 Monate lang zu reifen.
