The Iona Mr. P Pinot Noir enchants with an elegant bouquet of ripe strawberries, raspberries, and cranberries, complemented by subtle hints of damp forest floor and wild mushrooms. On the palate, it is clear and fresh, showcasing a splendid texture dominated by sweet red cherry flavors interwoven with warm, spicy undertones. This Pinot Noir bursts with vivacity and intensity, reflecting a vibrant character. The grapes were meticulously hand-harvested and fermented whole-berry in stainless steel tanks at 28°C. The wine was then transferred to older barrels (second and third fill) for malolactic fermentation and aged for 11 months.
