The Kanonkop Pinotage 2022 showcases a deep ruby hue, enticing the senses with its vivid bouquet of plums, cherries, and blackberries. The wine's pronounced flavor profile harmoniously intertwines with a concentrated fruit core, complemented by robust tannins. Subtle notes of pomegranate, toasted nuts, and vanilla emerge, thanks to meticulous barrel aging. After harvest, the grapes underwent fermentation on the skins in open concrete fermenters at 28°C for three days, followed by saignée. The wine matured for 18 months in 225L second and third fill French Nevers-Vicard barriques.

Wer Franz. Weine liebt findet sich hier wieder
Wirklich gut aber nicht für meinen Gaumen. Zu kräftig und komplex. Preis-Leistung nichts für mich
