Displaying a polished, bright golden hue, the Keermont Terrasse White Blend captivates with an enchanting bouquet of spicy citrus and stone fruits, fragrant orange blossoms, barley, quince, and herbal notes. On the palate, delicate nuances of fresh peaches and apricots unfold, harmonized with fine spices and hints of sweet vanilla. A crisp acidity reminiscent of fresh apples envelops the mouth, beautifully unifying the wine’s structure. Its good weight and light texture enhance the experience, while a subtle salty acidity contributes to a juicy, lingering finish that is wonderfully dry.
Das Traubengut für den Terrasse White Blend wurde bei optimalem Reifegrad per Hand gelesen und auf sanfte und natürliche Weise traditionell in Fässern aus französischer Eiche vinifiziert. Nach Abschluss der Gärung reifte der Wein weitere 12 Monate im Fass auf der Hefe. Der Wein wurde unfiltriert auf die Flasche gefüllt.
