The Ken Forrester The Gypsy is a quintessential Rhône blend, artfully combining Grenache and Shiraz to reveal an astonishingly complex concentration and a deep core of fruit. With a slightly 'wild' character reminiscent of forest berries, this masterful wine presents elegant notes of muscat, cinnamon, rose petals, and alluring hints of vanilla. Das Traubengut wurde vor dem Einsetzen der Gärung einer Kaltquellphase unterzogen. Nach Abschluss der Gärung reifte der Wein 12 Monate lang in neuen französischen Barriques, woraufhin eine weitere Auslese der Fässer stattfand und die Weine verschnitten wurden. Die Cuvée reifte dann im kühlen Keller weitere 12 Monate im Fass und weitere zwei Jahre auf der Flasche.

Hervorragender Rotwein
Extrem gut ausbalancierter und vollmundiger Wein. Fett! Die Tannine sind sehr gut eingebunden, der Geschmack erinnert an die guten französischen Grand Cru Weine. Nur voller im Geschmack. Klare Kaufempfehlung, wenn man einen Genusswein liebt. Zum Essen eigentlich viel zu schade....
