The Kleine Zalze Cellar Selection Bush Vine Chenin Blanc captivates with an intense bouquet of concentrated tropical and stone fruit aromas, seamlessly carried to the palate. Sourced primarily from carefully selected bush vine vineyards in Stellenbosch, Paarl, and Swartland, this classic Chenin Blanc showcases the region's diversity.
The grapes from various vineyard parcels were harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified separately. All grapes underwent extensive skin contact for 12 to 24 hours before the free-run juice was transferred to the tank. The wines were fermented at low temperatures using selected yeast strains. After fermentation, the wine aged on its lees for four months before the final blend was created.

Nase: frisch und leicht, Melone, Birne, etwas Ananas Mund: mittlere Säure, gelbe Melone, Birne, leichter Petrolton, Limette Abgang: mittel, fruchtig, Melone und Limette verbleiben Wirkt leichter als er im Alkohol (13,5%) ist, guter Sommerwein, easy drinking.
