The Kleine Zalze Family Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon reveals an exquisite blend of rich, dark fruit profiles, featuring ripe plum and enticing notes of cassis, intertwined with subtle hints of the herbaceous Fynbos and fresh mint. This inviting bouquet extends gracefully to the palate, complemented by layers of fragrant cedarwood and delicate spices, delivering a luxurious, full-bodied experience. Its silky texture culminates in a remarkably persistent finish, showcasing a Cabernet Sauvignon of outstanding quality!
Die Trauben wurden von Hand gelesen und mit großer Sorgfalt Beere für Beere sortiert, damit nur die reinsten Früchte in den weiteren Produktionsverlauf gelangen konnten. Das Traubengut wurde entrappt und je nach Terroir in Edelstahltanks und offene Lagares gepumpt, wo der Saft für eine optimale Extraktion von Farbe und Aromen regelmäßig umgepumpt wurde. Nach der primären Gärung erfolgte die drei Wochen lange Maischegärung vor dem Pressen. Anschließend reifte der Wein 20 Monate lang in Fässern aus französischer Eiche (75 % Neuholz, 25% zweit- sowie drittbelegtes Holz).
