The La Bri Chardonnay 2024 radiates a brilliant golden hue that captivates the eye. On the nose, it offers an enchanting bouquet of ripe pear, fragrant peaches, and a delicate whisper of lemon crème, creating a sensory experience that invites you to indulge. Treatment in the cellar The grapes for La Bri Chardonnay were hand-picked and cooled overnight to preserve the fresh fruit character of the grape variety. Pressed whole bunch, the clear juice was skimmed off and filled into second-use 300-600L French oak barrels, where the wines fermented naturally without the addition of commercial yeasts. After three months of contact with the lees, the wine was skimmed off and returned to the barrel, where it was allowed to mature for a total period of ten months.
