The La Bri Syrah flows into the glass like dark violet ink, enchanting the nose with a seductive bouquet of fine violets, lavender, and thyme. On the palate, this exquisite wine opens softly with well-integrated tannins, evolving into a velvety mid-palate. It finishes gracefully, offering classic nuances of subtle pepper notes and a hint of red berry fruit.
The grapes for La Bri Syrah were crushed upon arrival at the winery and fermented in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, malolactic fermentation took place in barrels. The wine aged for 24 months in 225L oak barrels, with 43% being new oak.
