This exquisite Cinsault Vintage originates from the oldest recorded red wine vineyard in the country.
Die Trauben wurden am frühen Morgen von Hand geerntet und zum Keller transporrtiert wo die ganzen Trauben spontan vergoren wurden - drei Wochen auf der Maische wonach der Wein 20 Monate lang in 500-Liter-Fässern aus französischer Eiche reifte.
