The grapes were harvested at optimal ripeness, pressed, and fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 28°C. After fermentation, the wine underwent malolactic fermentation in tank before being transferred to a combination of new and second-fill oak barrels, where it aged for 16 months.
