Radiant and clear with emerald reflections, the Lomond Sauvignon Blanc enchants the senses with its complex and inviting bouquet of ripe tropical fruits, passion fruit, and white pear, elegantly complemented by a subtle hint of black currant. The palate reveals delightful flavors of white stone fruits and zesty citrus, underpinned by the classic mineral character of Cape Agulhas. This wine's vibrant acidity ensures a refreshingly balanced structure, culminating in a long and captivating finish.
Die Trauben wurden je nach Block bei optimaler Reife gelesen und bei Ankunft in der Kellerei separat bei geregelten 13˚C - 15˚C kalt in Tanks aus Edelstahl fermentiert, um die natürlichen Aromen der Beeren zu bewahren. Nach Abschluss der Gärung ruhte der Wein sechs Wochen auf der Hefe, bevor er auf die Flasche gefüllt wurde.
