Lomond SSV White Blend is an elegant cuvée of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Viognier. With a brilliantly clear hue and olive-green rim in the glass, this summery white delights with a seductive bouquet of Cape gooseberry and passion fruit, paired with a delicate floral touch and hints of fine citrus fruit and oak spice. On the palate, it presents itself with elegance and delicious nuances of ripe tropical fruit and a hint of citrus blossom, which lingers pleasantly in a long-lasting finish.
Die Trauben wurden in den frühen und kühlen Morgenstunden von Hand gelesen und bei einer kühlgeregelten Temperatur von 13˚C - 15˚C fermentiert, um die natürlichen Traubenaromen zu erhalten. Anschließend ruhte der Wein sechs Wochen auf der Hefe, bevor er aufs Fass gefüllt wurde. Die Semillion und Viognier-Komponenten reiften für vier Monate in drittbelegten Eichenfässern.
