The Morgenster Cabernet Franc showcases a deep ruby hue with youthful violet reflections in the glass, exuding a classic bouquet of lush berry fruits, cherries, freshly turned earth, and hints of clove spice. On the palate, it is complex and smooth, offering nuances of ripe berries and delicate spices. Das handgelesene Traubengut wurde in den frühen Morgenstunden zur Kellerei transportiert, wo es nach Kühlung über Nacht am nächsten Morgen leicht angequetscht in Tanks aus Edelstahl gefüllt wurde. Während der alkoholischen Fermentierung, die sieben Tage lang andauerte, wurden die Tanks für bessere Gärungsbedingungen leicht angewärmt und der Tresterhut zweimal täglich untergetaucht, um ein Maximum an Farbe und Tannin zu extrahieren. Nach Abschluss der alkoholischen sowie malolaktischen Gärung im Tank wurde der Wein in dritt- und viertbefüllte Barriques gefüllt, wo der Wein vor Abfüllung auf die Flasche 12 Monate lang reifte.
