Radiating in a bright golden hue reminiscent of sun-kissed mornings, the Morgenster Estate Reserve White exhibits vibrant green reflections that entice the eye. The nose is treated to a refined and fresh bouquet, revealing notes of ripe white peaches and zesty grapefruit, enriched by aromatic herbs. Delicate hints of fragrant orange blossoms and citrus fruits dance above the glass. On the palate, this blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon unfolds in a strikingly complex manner—elegant yet powerful, and beautifully balanced between acidity and sweetness. Sauvignon Blanc und Semillon fermentiierten in Tanks aus Edelstahl und wurden noch während des Fermentierungsprozesses in französische Barriques umgefüllt, wo die alkoholische Gärung ihren Abschluss fand. Eine malolaktische Gärung im Fass wurde durch die Zugabe von Schwefel unterbunden. Der Wein reifte anschließend 14 Monate lang in zweit- sowie drittbefüllten Fässern und weitere sechs Monate auf der Flasche, bevor er zum fertigen Genuss herausgegeben wurde. 60% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Semillon.
