Radiating in a bright golden hue reminiscent of sun-kissed mornings, the Morgenster Estate Reserve White exhibits vibrant green reflections that entice the eye. The nose is treated to a refined and fresh bouquet, revealing notes of ripe white peaches and zesty grapefruit, enriched by aromatic herbs. Delicate hints of fragrant orange blossoms and citrus fruits dance above the glass. On the palate, this blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon unfolds in a strikingly complex manner—elegant yet powerful, and beautifully balanced between acidity and sweetness. The finish is silky and graceful, leaving a lingering impression that beckons for another sip.
Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon were fermented in stainless steel tanks before being transferred to French oak barrels, where the alcoholic fermentation completed. Malolactic fermentation was inhibited by adding sulfur. The wine matured in second and third-fill barrels for 14 months, then aged six months in bottle before release. 60% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Semillon.
