Das Traubengut fermentierte in Tanks aus Edelstahl, wobei der Tresterhut regelmäβig per Hand untergetaucht wurde. Nach Abschluss der alkoholischen Gärung reifte der Wein 18 Monate in französicher Eiche, 5% neues Holz und 95 % drittbelegete Eichenfässer. Ein ganz besonderer Einzellagenwein!
