Sourced from a single vineyard planted in 1987 west of Malmesbury, where bush vines thrive naturally. Managed organically without pesticides since 2009, the grapes are hand-harvested for two weeks, fermented with wild yeast in concrete tanks, and stirred gently during fermentation. This vintage may be the finest yet, aged twelve months on the lees in concrete.
