Johan Meyer adopts a minimalist approach in the cellar, often forgoing sulfur entirely to showcase the vineyard's intrinsic quality. Expect an enticing bouquet of hay, indigenous Fynbos flowers, citrus notes of orange, and refreshing melon, accompanied by hints of salty dough and waxy honey.
