The Muratie Melck's Red is a captivating blend crafted from the esteemed varietals Merlot, Shiraz, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine boasts an inviting, fruity character complemented by a well-rounded, mature tannin structure. Expressive aromas of sweet berries, dark chocolate, and warm spices waft from the glass, leading to a palate filled with lush black fruit, plum compote, and hints of clove. Die Trauben für diesen Rotwein wurden mit großer Sorgfalt per Hand gelesen und wurden in einer Kombination aus Edelstahltanks und traditionell offenen Gärbehältern vinifiziert. Nach Abschluss der Fermentierung reifte der Wein 18 Monate lang in zweit- sowie drittbelegten Fässern aus französischer Eiche.
