The Nederburg Baronne enchants with its deep ruby hue, releasing seductive aromas of dark blue and black berry fruits intricately woven with hints of fine spices. On the palate, this exceptionally smooth red blend reveals a juicy, lush structure enriched with delightful nuances of ripe blueberries, cherries, and blackcurrants, complemented by subtle notes of pepper and cinnamon.
Die Trauben wurden zerstoßen und anschließend auf der Haut und unter Zugabe ausgewählter Hefestämme temperaturgeregelt in Edelstahl vergoren. Nach Abschluss der Fermentierung wurde der Wein von der Hefe abgestochen und reifte abschließend sechs Monate lang in einer Auswahl von Eichenholzfässern, bevor die Weine verschnitten und die fertige Cuvée auf die Flasche gefüllt wurde.
