Nach Abschluss der Fermentierung verbrachte der Wein für ein schönes Gewicht am Gaumen und ein schönes Mundgefühl noch einige Monate auf der feinen Hefe, bevor er für den fertigen Genuss auf die Flasche gefüllt wurde.
