Neil Ellis Whitehall Chardonnay 2022 captivates with an enticing bouquet, harmonizing citrus notes with delicate hints of acacia flowers and a minerality reminiscent of flint. On the palate, it exhibits a taut structure that seamlessly merges with its aromatic profile, resulting in a refined elegance. Die Trauben wurden als ganze Trauben gelesen und zu 100% im Fass vergoren, wobei 35% neue 228-Liter-Fässer aus feinkörniger Eiche und der Rest in Eichenfässern der zweit- und dritten Füllung reifte, 25% wurden einer malolaktischen Gärung unterzogen. Der Wein verbrachte neun Monate in 228L Barriques aus französischer Eiche.
