Das Traubengut wurde von Hand gelesen. Gärung erfolgte bei kontrollierter Temperatur in Edelstahltanks für 10 Tage. Maischegärung erfolgte wonach ein Teil des Weins 12 Monate in vorher gebrauchten Fässern aus französischer Eiche reifen durfte.
