The Perdeberg Vineyard Collection Chenin Blanc 2024 enchants the senses with a vibrant bouquet comprising fragrant pear, juicy summer peaches, and exotic tropical fruit. Its fresh palate is beautifully complemented by delicate citrus and lychee notes, culminating in a pleasantly dry and rounded finish. This wine boasts a well-structured profile, showcasing lively elements of nectarine and Meyer lemon, underpinned by a subtle creaminess and a hint of almonds.
Das Traubengut wurde komplett entrappt und zwei Stunden auf der Haut gelassen. Anschließend ging es in die Presse, wobei ausschließlich der klare Freilaufsaft für den weiteren Prozess verwendet wurde. Der Wein fermentierte in Tanks aus Edelstahl, um reine und konzentrierte Fruchtaromen im Wein zu erhalten. Nach Abschluss der Gärung reifte der Wein vor Abfüllung noch drei Monate auf der Hefe, um Komplexität und ein gesteigertes Lagerungspotenzial zu gewährleisten.
