The Peter Falke PF Cabernet Sauvignon captivates with a deep garnet hue, exuding intense aromas of dark fruits with hints of fragrant violets, refined licorice, and subtle earthiness. The palate mirrors the bouquet, presenting flavors harmoniously integrated with oak spice and a remarkable structure. Notes of mocha, dark chocolate, and luscious black plums emerge from the oak aging, leading to a deliciously long and satisfying finish.
This Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted from meticulously selected grapes. In the vineyard, only the finest berries were chosen, followed by a second selection process in the winery. The grapes were not crushed but underwent a 3-4 day cold soaking at controlled 15°C before fermentation. They were left on the skins for 25-35 days to create velvety and soft tannins. The wine was lightly pressed and matured in first, second, and third fill French oak barrels.
