The Pilgrim Viura enchants with a radiant golden hue, accompanied by subtle greenish reflections. On the nose, it reveals captivating aromas of jasmine and lemon blossoms, elevated by mineral undertones and a hint of saltiness that linger enticingly. The palate is light, elegant, and remarkably focused, showcasing a pronounced mineral presence complemented by a linear structure. Nach der Kombination aus ganzen Trauben und frisch entrappten Beeren wurde der Pressvorgang sofort eingeleitet, um die Schalen direkt vom Saft zu trennen. Ein sehr wichtiger Unterschied zu früheren Jahren ist das Fehlen eines verlängerten Schalenkontakts. Die Gärung begann und endete auf natürliche Weise, und die Reifung erfolgte in denselben Fässern über insgesamt 3 Monate. Anschließend wurde der Wein abgezogen und mit minimalem Eingriff abgefüllt.
