The Protea Rosé from Anthonij Rupert Wines enchants with delicate aromas of strawberries and raspberries, perfectly complemented by subtle floral notes that mirror its pale pink hue. On the palate, it is vibrant and juicy, showcasing a gentle citrus nuance that harmonizes beautifully with rounded notes of berry compote. An exotic hint of rose water adds a unique touch to its refreshing character. This wine impresses with its lusciousness and liveliness, boasting a well-defined body and presence.
Das Traubengut wurde in den kühlen Morgenstunden von Hand gelesen und zur Kellerei transportiert, wo es umgehend noch am ganzen Bund gepresst wurde. Der Kontakt auf der Haut wurde so minimal wie nur möglich gehalten, um ein zartes und helles Pink im Wein zu erzielen. Der Wein fermentierte bei kühl geregelter Temperatur in Tanks aus Edelstahl und verbrachte vor Abfüllung auf die Flasche noch einige Zeit auf der feinen Hefe.
