Treatment in the cellar
Die trauben wurden von hand gelesen, entrappt und sofort gequetscht. Gärung fand in kleinen Edelstahltanks bei 24°C statt. Kontrollierte Maischegärung erfolgte um einen aromatischen und eleganten Wein zu kreieren. Ein kleiner Teil des Weins reifte in französischer und amerikanischer Eiche, der Rest in Edelstahltanks.
