Treatment in the cellar
The grapes were hand-picked, destemmed, and promptly crushed. Fermentation occurred in small stainless steel tanks at 24°C, followed by controlled maceration to create an aromatic and elegant wine. A portion of the wine aged in French and American oak barrels, while the remainder rested in stainless steel tanks.
