The Quinta Nova Rosé 2024 entices with a bouquet of wildflower aromas, Reineta apple, and juicy peach. On the palate, it reveals a vibrant and youthful character, marked by notes of white fruit and zesty lime, complemented by fine tannins and a lingering finish. This wine encapsulates the essence of summer, offering refreshment and sophistication in equal measure.

Treatment in the cellar

The grapes were handpicked and gently pressed as whole bunches. Fermentation occurred at low temperatures of 11-12°C in stainless steel tanks over three weeks. A portion of the wine matured in stainless steel tanks, while the remainder aged in French and Hungarian oak barrels before blending and bottling.
