The Quinta Nova Rosé 2024 entices with a bouquet of wildflower aromas, Reineta apple, and juicy peach. On the palate, it reveals a vibrant and youthful character, marked by notes of white fruit and zesty lime, complemented by fine tannins and a lingering finish. Die Trauben wurden von Hand gelesen und im ganzen Bund leicht gepresst. Gärung erfolgte bei niedriger Temperatur von 11 - 12°C in Edelstahltanks für 3 Wochen. Teil des Weins reifte in Edelstahltanks, und der Rest in Fässern aus französischer - und hugarischer Eiche vor er verschnitten und auf die Flasche gefüllt wurde.
