The Raka Biography Shiraz captivates with its deep violet-red hue and an alluring bouquet characterized by herbaceous and spicy notes, harmoniously intertwined with luscious impressions of red cherries and blue fruits. This aromatic profile is echoed on the palate, where a silky texture meets full-bodied richness, complemented by nuances of smoked meat, leather, and chocolate-mocha. With an impressive structure and a well-balanced interplay of tannins and acidity, it delivers an elegant finish that is both smoky and lingering, leaving a delightful aftertaste of red plum.
Bevor die Hefekulturen der Maische zugesetzt wurden, wurde das Traubengut zweimal mit großer Sorgfalt sortiert. Der Saft wurde fünf Tage lang drei bis fünf Mal umgewälzt und nach der ersten Gärung in einen Ruhetank gefüllt. Die malolaktische Fermentierung fand in französischer und amerikanischer Eiche statt. Anschließend reifte der Wein 12 Monate lang in französischen Barriques (25% Neuholz).
