The Raka Pinotage enchants with its deep ruby hue, releasing enticing aromas of dark fruits, particularly blackcurrants and ripe cherries, interlaced with sweet spice notes of cinnamon and vanilla. Das Traubengut für den Raka Pinotage wurde mit großer Sorgfalt handsortiert und anschließend mit puren Hefekulturen versetzt. Nach Abschluss der Gärung in Tanks aus Edelstahl wurde der Wein zur malolaktischen Gärung und 12 Monate langen Reifung in 225L Fässer aus französischer Eiche gefüllt.
