The Raka Spliced 2023 is a beautifully approachable red wine blend that epitomizes unpretentious enjoyment. Its vibrant bouquet enchants the senses with aromatic layers of ripe berries such as blackberries, mulberries, and cherries. Notes of dried plums, olive tapenade, and a hint of fresh garden herbs complement this delightful aroma profile. Treatment in the cellar

Following careful selection of grapes in the vineyard, a secondary sorting occurred in the winery before the fruit was inoculated with selected yeast cultures. Fermentation commenced, after which the wine was racked off the primary lees into a rest tank. Malolactic fermentation and a short maturation period followed in a combination of 225L French oak barrels (25% new wood).
