The Raka Spliced 2023 is a beautifully approachable red wine blend that epitomizes unpretentious enjoyment. Nach sorgfältiger Auslese des Traubenguts im Weinberg wurden die Trauben einer zweiten Auslese in der Kellerei unterzogen, bevor sie mit ausgewählten Hefekulturen versetzt wurden. Mit Einsetzen der Fermentierung wurde der Wein von der primären Hefe abgelassen und in einen Ruhetank umgefüllt. Die malolaktische Fermentierung sowie eine kurze Reifephase folgte in einer Kombination aus 225 LFässern aus französischer Eiche (25 % Neuholz).
