The Rall White 2024 is an unforgettable blend, captivating enthusiasts from the very first pour. Aromas of dried apple and peach explode from the glass, complemented by a hint of baking spices and delicate citrus blossoms. The wine's excellent natural acidity and low pH imbue it with remarkable aging potential of up to ten years. On the palate, it is clean and focused, with a deep fruit core, vibrant acidity providing a refreshing bite, and an enduring, nutty finish. This exquisite cuvée comprises 69% Chenin Blanc, 29% Verdelho, and 2% Viognier, showcasing the artistry of South African viticulture.

Die Trauben werden so früh wie möglich geerntet und eilig in den Keller gebracht wo sie sortiert werden und je nach Rebsorte entweder entrappt, gequetscht oder direkt in eine winzige Korbpresse gefüllt werden. Minimaler Eingriff ist das Motto, der Wein wird nur mit der natürlichen, 'wilder' Hefe vergoren, dh keine zusätzliche Hefe wird vor der Gärung dazugefügt.
