This exquisite cuvée comprises 69% Chenin Blanc, 29% Verdelho, and 2% Viognier, showcasing the artistry of South African viticulture.

Grapes are picked as early as possible, swiftly brought to the cellar where they are sorted and either destemmed, crushed, or placed directly into a tiny basket press depending on the grape variety. Minimal intervention is key; the wine ferments with natural 'wild' yeasts—no additional yeast is added before fermentation.
