Rijk's Chenin Blanc Reserve 2024 captivates the eye with its deep golden hue, while enticing the palate with a complex bouquet of ripe nectarines, fragrant peach blossoms, succulent melon, and hint of delicate honey. These vibrant fruit aromas harmoniously merge with subtle spiced wood notes, offering a lovely structure on the richly creamy palate. Full-bodied, it concludes with an exotic, sweet-sour finish. Das Traubengut wurde mit großer Sorgfalt gelesen und gepresst. Der Saft fermentierte zu 40% in neuen, zu 40% in zweitbelegten und zu 20% in drittbelegten französischen und ungarischen 300 Liter Eichenfässern. Der Wein fermentierte zu 50% auf natürliche Weise und zu 50% unter Einsazt ausgewählter Hefekulturen. Nach 12 Monaten Reifezeit wurde der Wein verschnitten und auf die Flasche gefüllt.
