The Rijk's Pinotage Reserve 2021 presents an engagingly rich and full-bodied character, displaying a deep red hue in the glass. Treatment in the cellar

The grapes underwent a cold soak for 48 hours to extract color and fruit. Malolactic fermentation occurred in oak barrels, followed by a 22-month maturation in French oak (60% new, 40% second-fill). Only the finest 20 barrels were selected to create the final blend.
