Complementing this vibrant character are layers of plum and nectarine, accentuated by bright notes of red currants, wild cherries, and dried cranberries. Secondary characteristics are elegantly subdued within this expressive fruit spectacle, while judicious oak aging imparts a delightful hint of spice, enriched with warm undertones of cinnamon, dark chocolate, and licorice. Treatment in the cellar
The three different wines were made in separate batches and barrel

Toller Wein zu Wild!
Zuerst hat mich nur das Label angesprochen, weil mein Mann Jäger ist und wir viel Wild essen. Zum Reh, war dieser Blend wie die Faust aufs Auge! Sehr ausdrucksstark und beerig!
