The Rudi Schultz Boneyards 2021 is a masterfully crafted blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot, hailing from one of the most esteemed regions in winemaking. Treatment in the cellar Die Weine wurden bei 26 Grad vergoren. Cabernet Sauvignon wurde mit 100 % ganzen Beeren in kleinen 1,5-Tonnen-Tanks vergoren, wobei zweimal täglich ein Unterstoßen erfolgte. Der Petit Verdot wurde aufgrund seiner festen Tannine von Hand sortiert und mit ganzen Beeren vergoren, wobei alle zwei Tage über 5 Tage hinweg ein Unterstoßen durchgeführt wurde.
