Maischegärung erfolgte für 21 Tage wonach malolaktische Gärung in Eichenfässern. 70% des Weins reifte nach Abschluss der Gärung 22 Monate lang in 300-Liter Fässern aus französischer Eiche, wovon 40% Neuholz aus machte; 40% reifte in zweitfüllung; 20% drittfüllung; 30% in 500 Liter Fässern.
