The Sadie Family Palladius is an exceptional white wine cuvée from South Africa's Swartland region. Die Trauben für den Palladius wurden Beere für Beere per Hand sortiert und anschließend in der traditionellen Korbpresse gepresst. Der Saft floss dabei direkt in Tonamphoren und Betoneiern, wo er nach Abschluss der spontanen Gärung ohne Zugabe von Zusatzstoffen fermentierte und weitere 12 Monate in alten Fudernfässern reifte.
