The Sadie Family Palladius Magnum is an extraordinary white wine blend from South Africa's Swartland region. Die Trauben für den Palladius wurden Beere für Beere per Hand sortiert und anschließend in der traditionellen Korbpresse gepresst. Der Saft floss dabei direkt in Tonamphoren, Betontanks (Beton-Ei) und alte Eichenfässer, wo er nach Abschluss der spontanen Gärung ohne Zugabe von Zusatzstoffen 24 Monate fermentierte und reifte. Der Wein wurde ungefiltert und unverfeinert auf die Flasche gefüllt.
