The Spier Creative Block 5 is a masterful blend showcasing 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 36% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Franc, 6% Petit Verdot, and 1% Malbec. This multi-award-winning wine strikes a fine balance between complexity and approachability. Its enticing bouquet delivers ripe cherry, blackberry, and blackcurrant notes intertwined with fragrant cedar and dark chocolate, accented by a hint of fennel. The grapes are handpicked and sorted. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks for 21 days, followed by 18 months of aging in 300-liter French oak barrels, 60% new oak and 40% second fill.
