These grapes are sourced from espalier vines aged between four to ten years, cultivated according to international organic standards.
Handpicked at optimal ripeness, the organically grown grapes were destemmed and gently pressed in stainless steel tanks to retain freshness and concentrate the fruit aromas. The wine underwent four months on fine lees, enhancing its structure and depth of flavor.
