The Spier Good Natured Organic Rosé 2024 emerges from 15- to 20-year-old vines cultivated on a trellis in fertile, weathered granite soils rich in clay, adhering to international organic standards. This exquisite pale pink rosé is crafted with care to meet the high benchmarks that Spier is renowned for. Bright and refreshing, it delights the senses with aromas of strawberry, sour cherry, and delicate floral notes, seamlessly followed by hints of citrus and vanilla on a soft palate.
The organically grown grapes were harvested at optimal ripeness, destemmed, and pressed in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and concentrate fruit aromas. There was no skin contact, and the entire process adhered to a minimal intervention approach. The must underwent fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and was allowed to mature on fine lees for four months, refining its structure before bottling.
