Die biologisch angebauten Trauben wurden bei Nacht gelesen, um die herrliche Frische der Rebsorte zu erhalten und Oxidation vorzubeugen. Das kühle Traubengut wurde entrappt, zerkleinert und im Keller leicht gepresst. Der Saft wurde temperaturkontrolliert in Tanks aus Edelstahl vergoren, wonach der Wein vor Abfüllung vier Monate auf dem Grobtrub verbrachte, was dem Wein zusätzliche Eleganz, Geschmack und Frische verleiht.
